SPE Logos/Images
The SPE logo is a registered mark of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Use
of the SPE logo is governed by the SPE Policy on Use of SPE
Name and Logo. Logos may be used only for the purposes below. Any other use
of the SPE logo requires special permission.
Images are provided for:
- Links to SPE.org. Organizations that
desire to link to SPE.org may use the logo as a graphical link as long as they
comply with SPE's Links Policy. Links
to SPE.org must be for the purpose of providing informational resources to
professionals in the worldwide upstream oil and gas industry. The link must be
in a defined links area and must not imply SPE endorsement of the site or its
products or services. Link the logo image to http://www.spe.org.
- Web use by SPE sections and student
chapters. SPE sections and student chapters* may desire to use the
SPE logo on their website. The logo should be accompanied by the name of the
section/chapter, as provided in the Section
Operations Manual and SPE Graphics Standards Guide.
- Print use by SPE sections and student
chapters. SPE sections and student chapters may use the SPE logo in
their printed publications, as provided in the Section Operations Manual and SPE Graphics Standards Guide.

Logo Request Form
Logo image files are available in several formats, covering professional
printing, office document, and website use. There are descriptions on the logo request form to help you choose the
format(s) you need. Please describe your intended use clearly on the form. We
will often be able to respond to your request the same day for standard uses,
but please allow up to two full business days for a response.
