Legends of Hydraulic Fracturing

Marriott Rivercenter, Second Level, Salon I
Sponsored by

In March 1949, Stanolind Oil Company and Halliburton Oil Well Cementing Company performed the first commercial application of hydraulic fracturing. Since that day, hydraulic fracturing has done more to increase recoverable reserves than any other technique. It forever changed the E&P industry.

Please join us at the Legends of Hydraulic Fracturing reception as we honor the contributions of those who were pioneers in the first generation of hydraulic fracturing technology.

We encourage young professionals to attend this reception to hear the legends’ stories and be inspired to invent new technologies and solutions that benefit the industry.
