How to Exhibit

Once your company has elected to participate in this prestigious event, follow these three easy steps:

  1. Review all exhibit information carefully.
  2. Select five (5) preferred booth locations.
  3. Complete and return your Application/Contract for Exhibit Space with the required 25% minimum deposit.

How is Space Assigned?

  • To participate in the Priority Number Space Assignments, your contract and deposit must be received by 12 January 2006.
  • Contracts received after 12 January 2006 will be assigned on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served space-available basis.
  • Exhibit space is assigned based on the ATCE Priority Number System and is for the period of the 2006 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition only.
  • Priority Number deadline for space assignments is 12 January 2006.
  • Exhibit Space Rate: US $21.50 per square foot.
  • Minimum reservation is 100 square feet (10.764 square feet = 1 square meter).

What Do I Receive?

  • Standard booth equipment: 8-ft.-high draped back wall, 3-ft.-high draped side rails, 7x44-in. company identification sign.

  • Exhibitor Newsletters covering all elements of ATCE to keep you abreast of all developments.
  • Negotiated rates for exhibitor housing at offi cial ATCE hotels with complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
  • Online support through the offi cial ATCE website at www.spe.org/atce/2006.
  • Copy of the post-conference audience survey results and findings.
