Luggage Check
On-site luggage check is located in the UPS Store/Business Center in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and is available Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The cost is US $3 per item.
American Airlines is offering discount fares on American Airlines, American Eagle and American Connection from anywhere in the United States and Canada to San Antonio. Reference Star Code "A4996AM" when making your reservation.
Official Car Rental
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is offering special discounts through their Enterprise Corporate Class Business Rental Program. Reference code "ATCE06" when making your reservation.
Airport Shuttle Service
SA Trans Shuttle Company provides airport shuttle service from the San Antonio Airport to the official conference hotels or Henry B. Parking garages are available for the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center at The Marriott Riverwalk Hotel and The Marina Parking Garage for approximately US $8 per entrance with no in-and-out privileges.

Service is provided from all official conference hotels to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center from 6 to 7 p.m., every 20 minutes. Return service is provided to official conference hotels from 9 to 11:30 p.m., every 30 minutes.
Ramadan Dinner, Tuesday, 26 September
Service is provided from all official hotels in Routes 2 and 3 to the Marriott Rivercenter from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., every 20 to 30 minutes. Return service is provided to Route 2 and 3 hotels from 8:30 to 9 p.m., every 30 minutes. Please note that Route 1 hotels are within walking distance of the Marriott Rivercenter.
“Run for the Future,” Wednesday, 27 September
Service is provided from all official conference hotels in Routes 2 and 3 to the Marriott Rivercenter at 6:30 a.m. only. Return service to Routes 2 and 3 hotels will be provided at approximately 8:30 a.m. Please note that Route 1 hotels are within walking distance of the Marriott Rivercenter.
