Women’s Issues in the Petroleum Industry

This panel brings together women in technical and business leadership who have managed successful careers in the oil industry to discuss career planning, mentorship and hurdles. The panel will address how we can continue to attract and retain women in the industry, and how women can achieve a balance between career and personal lives. Among other issues, the panel will examine the importance of having a diverse workforce and maximizing its potential.

A networking reception will follow the panel session.
