Registration
Advance registration for the press is closed. On-site registration begins on Saturday, 10 November, at the Anaheim Convention Center. Please be prepared to show photo identification and press credentials and/or business card. You may complete the electronic registration form in advance.
On-Site Press Room
The on-site press room and press conference room are located in rooms 304A and 304B, Level 3, in the Anaheim Convention Center. The press room is open during the following times:

| 0800–1700 | Monday, 12 November |
| 0800–1700 | Tuesday, 13 November |
| 0800–1400 | Wednesday, 14 November |

Press Access to Ticketed Events
- SPE is offering the press a limited number of Topical Luncheon and President's Luncheon tickets that include a meal. Only one press representative per media outlet can receive a ticket. Contact Dana Otillio for more details.
- Press can cover any ticketed event without eating a meal. We attempt to provide chairs for the press, but some events may be sold out and offer standing room only on a first-come, first-served basis.
