My Expo Plan - Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • How do I create a log-in to use the 'my expo plan' feature?

Go to the ‘My Briefcase’ page, and scroll down to the 'create your log in' section. Once you submit your information, the system creates an eCode for you to use any time you want to retrieve or add to your exhibit plan. If you forget what your eCode is, you can go to the 'My Briefcase' page to have your eCode emailed to you.

 

  • How do I print the floor plan to show my expo plan?

After saving exhibitors to your my expo plan go to the floor plan and click print. Make sure that the ‘Fill Color’ checkbox has been selected in the toolbar above the floor plan.

 

  • How do I add exhibitors to my expo plan?

Go to the ‘My Briefcase’ page and creates their ‘profile’ or log in if you already have an ecode.  View the exhibitor search/exhibitor list and check off exhibitors you want to save to your ‘my expo plan’.  You can also add an exhibitor to your ‘my expo plan’ from the exhibitor’s profile.

 

  • How do I remove exhibitors from my expo plan?

Go to the ‘My Briefcase’ page and creates their ‘profile’ or log in if you already have an ecode.  View the exhibitor search/exhibitor list and uncheck exhibitors you want to save to your ‘my expo plan’.  You can also remove an exhibitor to your ‘my expo plan’ from the exhibitor’s profile.
