How to Register

Registration is now closed.

SPE must receive refund/ cancellation requests in writing by 18 September 2009. Send requests by mail to ATCE Cancellations, 1888 North Market St., Frederick, MD 21701 USA, or email.

Domestic attendees' badges and any tickets purchased will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 31 August 2009. Attendees registering after 31 August 2009 and all international attendees can pick up their badges on-site. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up your conference badge.

** If you pay the nonmember full registration rate and qualify for membership, you can receive a complimentary SPE membership for one year (effective 1 January 2010).

Short Course Details

• Because of a cooperative agreement between the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), SEG members can register for SPE Short Courses at the member rate.
• Short course registration is guaranteed only if payment is received before the Advance Registration deadline of 8 September 2009.
• Pricing includes a buffet luncheon each day.
• On-site registration will be allowed only if space is available.
• No refunds provided after 8 September 2009.
