A major tourist destination, the city is able to accommodate visitors numbering many times more than its residents, making it an excellent site for conferences.

About the Venue
Fortezza da Basso, located in the Firenze Fiera Congress and Exhibition Center, is a historic monument. Originally designed in the 1500s, the center now hosts some of the most prestigious exhibitions in Florence.
The complex covers more than 100,000 sq meters, including 55,000 sq meters indoors. Exhibit space is located in the Cavaniglia and Spadolini Pavilions.
The complex is conveniently located a short distance from Florence's main railway station, Santa Maria Novella, and is also just a 10-minute drive from the Florence Airport.
