SPE is pleased to provide you with quick access to important information regarding ATCE 2010. We encourage you to review the contents of this online manual carefully as many things have changed this year. We thank you for exhibiting at the ATCE 2010.

Important Notes for Exhibitors

    • To have electrical current to booths with Stand Packages, use the Electric Form found on the checklist.
    • To exhibit your products, all exhibitors within the facility must obtain a mandatory insurance policy. Exhibitors who have not purchased this insurance will not be allowed to set up their stand and/or exhibit their products.
    • Deadline dates for early discount ordering have now passed. However, if you need a service for the show, submit your application to the appropriate provider as quickly as possible. Cost will be charged at the standard rate.
    • The Guest Card Program will not be available for this event.

Note: Children under age 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during installation and dismantle.
Children under age 15 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during official show hours.

2010 SPE Exhibit Regulations and Firenze Fiera Regulations

This section includes SPE Exhibit Regulations as well as specific regulations relating to the Firenze Fiera. It is very important that Exhibitors review both documents as information has changed for the first ATCE international venue.

The last section of the Firenze Fiera Regulations contains mandatory forms for custom-made stands and any materials brought in that will not be provided by Eurostands.

Mandatory Insurance for all Exhibitors

The Firenze Fiera requires that all exhibitors within the facility obtain a mandatory insurance policy. If an exhibitor has not returned the form by the deadline date, the charges will be automatically debited to the exhibitor’s credit card in addition to the balance of the booth space.

NEWTOURS S.p.A. SERVICES

SPE has appointed Newtours S.p.A. as the official contractor who can assist you with many items necessary to complete your booth such as rigging labor and hanging sign labor, carpeting, cleaning, electricity, etc.  All forms can be found on the Deadlines/Checklists.

Include the Invoice and Payment Form when ordering these services:

      • Mandatory Insurance
      • Electricity
      • Cleaning
      • Hostess/Steward Services
      • Water
      • Telecommunications

EUROSTANDS SERVICES

SPE has appointed Eurostands as the official decorator and contractor who can assist you with audio visual, signs and graphics, etc. Forms can be found on the Deadlines/Checklists.

Include the Eurostands Invoice and Payment Form when you order.

The standard package for pre-furnished booths is the “Tiziano” design. If you are interested in upgrading your pre-furnished booth to the “Masaccio” design, click to view the layout that fits your booth size and then complete the Booth Upgrade Form and return to Newtours S.p.A. who will be coordinating booth upgrades.

For additional furnishings, or to change the carpet color or graphics to your stand packages, view available items.

Deadline to upgrade your pre-furnished booth is 12 July 2010.

MATERIAL HANDLING FREIGHT SERVICES

SPE has appointed OTIM as the exclusive contractor to control access to the Firenze Fiera of all delivery and freight trucks, administer assignment and usage of loading docks, and supervise the loading and unloading of freight shipments. Cargo and Shipping Forms including a Credit Card Authorization Form can be found on the Deadlines/Checklists.

OTIM will begin accepting advance warehouse shipments on Monday, 23 August 2010.  Freight received after Thursday, 14 September 2010 will be received at the warehouse with an after-deadline charge.

OTIM will begin receiving shipments at the exhibit facility Monday, 13 September 2010.  

Note: The facility may refuse shipments that arrive before this date. Exhibitors are responsible for any charges incurred due to early shipment direct to the facility.
