Frequently Asked Questions About Exhibiting at ATCE 2010
Will there be adapters provided for US or UK plugs?
No. Adapters are not provided with the booth but can be ordered from the Exhibitor Services Manual which will be posted on our website in the first quarter of 2010.
Can we affix our graphics to the wall panels of the stand packages?
There will be a pricing sheet for printing on the panels of the stand package that will be included in the Eurostands forms in our Exhibitor Services Manual. If exhibitors bring their own adhesive – which is discouraged as any damage will be billed to the exhibitor – they would have to put the adhesives on forex.
Is there an alternative to carpet in the stand package?
Yes; there will be alternatives offered by Eurostands. This would be an item to be ordered at additional cost to the exhibitor. Carpet is included in the stand package fixed price.
Can an exhibitor order furniture other than what comes included with the stand package?
Yes; but again, that would be an additional cost for the exhibitor. The stand package items are included at a fixed price. An exhibitor can customize their stand by ordering different furnishings but that is in addition to the cost of the stand package. The items cannot be swapped out. If the exhibitor does not wish to use the items included in the stand package, there will not be a refund for unused items.
Will the exhibiting company’s name be printed on the identification sign or will it include the exhibitor’s logo?
The printing of the company name only is included in the package. A logo can be printed on the sign for additional cost and will be quoted in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
What is the maximum height for an island booth in Spadolini?
Due to the ceiling height of 3.2 meters in Spadolini, the maximum height for an island booth should be 3 meters.
What is the maximum height for an island booth in Cavaniglia?
Due to the ceiling height of 3.25 and 3.85 meters in Cavaniglia, the maximum height for an island booth should be 3.1 and 3.7 meters respectively, depending on the location of your booth.
Where does the electricity come from: the ceiling or floor?
Both electrical and phone lines are passed down from the ceiling.
If an exhibitor gets a stand package with a corner, will there be a wall on the corner?
All corner booths are without the wall in the corner; there are 2 open sides.
How do I ship my exhibit to the venue?
OTIM is our official freight forwarder. Check the shipping instructions and tariffs provided by OTIM.
