Welcome to the first newsletter for ATCE 2010 to be held in Florence, Italy.  As this is the first International ATCE Conference, we are sending this email early to give you plenty of time to review and submit necessary documents.

On-Line Housing

ExhibitorServices Manual is now on-line!

The Exhibitor Services Manual contains some very important information that applies to exhibiting in Florence.  In addition to the normal information that is found on the Checklist, there are also mandatory documents that are required and must be submitted in order to begin set up of your booth.
Please read the Manual completely and be sure to submit your forms before the deadline.
NEW FOR 2010

• We call attention to the newest feature of our Manual which is our key word search.  If you can't find something, just type the word in the box at the top of the page and you will be given information concerning that item.
• Remember 19 July 2010.  This is the deadline date to submit the form for obtaining the Mandatory Insurance which is required for ALL exhibitors.  Without this documentation in order, exhibitors will not be allowed to set up.  Forms can be found throughout the home page of the Manual as well as on the Checklist.
• The venue, Fireze Fiera, also requires special security forms from exhibitors that will have a custom-made booth and/or will be using any materials brought into the venue that will not be provided by the Offiicial Contractor, Eurostands.The deadline for these forms is also 19 July 2010.
• For your convenience, the Checklist has been arranged in two ways: 

1. By Deadline/Discount Date  
2. By Service needed (alphabetically)                         

• There is also a Quick Links box in the upper right hand corner to find a particular form or additional information about something you may need for exhibiting.

Event Regulations

Please take the time to review the SPE Exhibit Regulations as well as the Firenze Fierea Technical Safety Regulations as there are many changes this year.  Because of the International venue, the deadline dates have been moved forward and it is most important that the deadlines be adhered to.  For this year, it will not be possible to extend deadlines.
Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities
 
There are many opportunities to advertise in the Conference Program and on the SPE website as well as many items for sponsorship.  Remember that advertising and sponsorships add to your priority points for next year. 
Materials deadline is 9 August 2010 for Conference Program and CD Proceedings. Specifications can be found in the Manual under the Marketing Section.
