Exhibitors may register on-site beginning at 0800 hours on Thursday, 16 September. Registration is located on the ground floor of Spadolini.

Refund/Cancellation Deadline

SPE must receive refund/ cancellation requests in writing by 1 September 2010. Send requests by mail to ATCE Cancellations, 1888 North Market St., Frederick, MD 21701 USA, or email.

Badge Pickup

No badges will be mailed for ATCE 2010. All badges will be available for on-site pick-up at the Firenze Fiera Convention Center starting Thursday, 16 September.

Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up your conference badge.

  • All official ATCE sessions, events, and exhibits are held at the Fortezza da Basso (excluding the Opening General Session and Annual Banquet).
  • SPE will not provide transportation between the venue and official hotels. Exhibitors will need to take a taxi if their hotel is not within walking distance.
  • Newtours is the official housing company for ATCE. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of ATCE. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.
