Press Registration

Members of the working press receive complimentary registration to the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition. Please carefully read this criteria before registering as press:

  • Complimentary press registration is available only to members of the working press (examples: reporter, freelance writer, editor, publisher, etc.).
  • Titles that will not be eligible include PR or marketing representative, advertising sales, president, etc.
  • Journalists must be employed by a news organization that covers the oil and gas industry.
  • To ensure a secure conference, photo identification is required.

The advance press registration deadline has passed.

You will need to register on-site starting at 0800 hours on Saturday, 18 September. Registration is located on the ground floor of Spadolini in the Fortezza da Basso. See the complete schedule »

On-Site Press Room

Members of the working press are invited to use the Press Room, located in Room 7 on the first floor of the Palazzina Lorenese. The press room phone number is +39.055.497.2402. Please note: If you pre-registered, your press badge must be picked up in Registration, ground floor of Spadolini.

The press room is open during the following times:

The press conference room is located in Room 6 on the first floor of the Palazzina Lorenese.
