When is the workshop?

How much does the workshop cost?

There is no fee to attend.

How many students will attend?

Approximately 200 students will be selected to attend the workshop.

Is the material aligned to Colorado standards?

Yes.

Are there any lessons that need to be shared with students prior to the workshop?

Yes. Participating schools will be able to access short pre-lessons online in order to prepare the students for attending.

What is the dress policy?

School attire. Make sure comfortable shoes are worn for the exhibition tour.

Are there age restrictions for the students?

All students participating must be 15 years of age or older. 

What time do we need to arrive?

You will need to arrive at 8:30 a.m. for registration. Those arriving later may have a shorter time on the exhibition tour.

Do I need identification to get in?

Yes. Teachers and chaperones should be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up the conference badges.

Will breakfast or lunch be provided?

Yes, a complimentary continental breakfast and hot lunch will be provided.

How do I cancel?

If you are unable to attend, email us or call +1.972.952.1125. We would like to extend the opportunity to another educator if you are unable to attend.
