Manage Your Exhibit

Watch Out for Exhibitor Scams

  • Experient is the official housing contractor for ATCE. If you are contacted by Convention Housing Services, EPMS (Event Promotional Marketing Services), IEP Group or any other company saying that our block is sold out, and they can help you book rooms, the information is not true.
  • Austrian-based Construct Data Verlag AG and Mexican-based Expo Guide are targeting exhibitors apparently offering advertising space on their Fair Guide website.
  • If you receive a document with our name or name of our event(s) listed which offers advertising space on the Fair Guide website or in their directories, please do not sign the form unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print. SPE/Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition has no association with this company nor have we authorized them to use our name or trademark.
  • If you have any concerns about this company, you should address them to the Office Fair Trade or equivalent for your country/state. For more information about Construct Data Verlag AG and Mexican-based Expo Guide, visit www.stopecg.org, an independent, non-commercial website.
  • Each exhibitor has also been sent an individual warning statement via spe.org regarding this matter.

What Exhibitors Say About ATCE:

“ATCE attracts the most quality and important people in the industry, as well as quantity which gives Arnco the opportunity to introduce itself not only to the experienced, long time participants and attendees, but also the new, inexperienced ones that do not know who Arnco is or what they do. Because of ATCE's importance, this venue has been the one show that Arnco never fails to exhibit, sponsor and attend, and we plan to continue this participation for many years to come.”
-- John G. Mobley, General Manager, Arnco Technology

“After being in marketing for the oil and gas industry over 16 years, I can say SPE trade shows have proven to attract well qualified audiences year after year. Your company’s products and services get excellent exposure from engineers, managers and executives from all over the world. Once you’ve exhibited at ATCE, you’ll understand the importance of coming back every year. New leads, meeting with existing customers and presenting new products and services are just some of the pluses.”
-- LouAnn Stokes, Cudd Energy Services
