We will bring an experienced television news crew, including on-air talent, to ATCE and they will be producing a daily news cast from the event show floor to highlight all the activities surrounding ATCE 2012
This compact advertorial will be distributed to the SPE audience as part of the daily video news headlines that will originate from the ATCE show floor, reaching thousands of potential buyers. Here are the ways we will distribute the newscast and all the sponsorships available:
30 Second “Advertorial” About Your Company or Exhibit – Film crew will come to your booth and film a 30 second Advertorial about what you are showcasing at your booth or to promote your company. Cost is $3,500 for one day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) or exclusive for all 3 days for $9,500.
30 Second Commercial Supplied by Your Company - We can your 30 second company produced video in the beginning of the news broadcast. Wednesday’s broadcast will be posted on the ATCE 2012 webpage. Cost is 3,500 for one day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) or exclusive for all 3 days for $9,500.
Product Placements for Interviews - Have the crew placed in front of your booth with your company’s logo in the background of the broadcast. Cost is $2,000 for one day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) – Exclusive for 3 days - $5,500
30 second Banner Strip During the Broadcast - Your company will have a 30 second banner strip show up during the day’s broadcast. Cost is $2,500 for one day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). Exclusive for 3 days - $6,500
Video Player Frame - Your sponsorship showing on the video player during the entirety of the broadcast. Cost is $4,000 for one day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). Exclusive for 3 days -$13,500.
You will own the rights to the finished program and can distribute it immediately to compliment your current marketing strategy. The advertorial will include an interview with your company spokesperson and can include product demonstrations as appropriate. If desired, we can incorporate interviews with customers to add a testimonial element.
