How Do I Exhibit?
Once your company has elected to participate in this prestigious event, follow these three easy steps:
- Review all exhibit information carefully.
- Select five (5) preferred booth locations.
- Complete and return your Application/Contract for Exhibit Space with the required 25% minimum deposit.
- Contact your sales representative to go over all the details or booth availability
How Is Space Assigned?
- Exhibit space is assigned for the period of the 2012 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition only
- Exhibit space is assigned based on the ATCE Priority Number System then on a first-come, first-served basis
- Minimum reservation is 100 square feet.
Stay Safe, Avoid Exhibitor Scams
Experient is the official housing contractor for ATCE. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on SPE's behalf.
Austrian-based Construct Data Verlag AG and Mexican-based Expo Guide are not authorized to contact exhibitors. They are targeting exhibitors offering advertising space on their Fair Guide website.
- If you receive a document with our name or name of our event(s) listed which offers advertising space on the Fair Guide website or in their directories, please do not sign the form unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print. We have no association with this company nor have we authorized them to use our name or trademark.
