Press registration is now closed.
Members of the working press receive complimentary registration to the 2012 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhbition.
Please carefully read this criteria before applying for press registration.
Criteria for Press Registration
- Complimentary press registration is available only to members of the working press (examples: reporter, freelance writer, editor, publisher, etc.)
- Titles that will not be eligible include PR or marketing representative, advertising sales, president, etc
- Journalists must be employed by a news organization that covers the oil and gas industry.
- To ensure a secure conference, photo identification is required.
About the Venue
ATCE 2012 will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Learn more about San Antonio.
On-Site Press Room
Members of the working press are invited to use the Press Room, located in room 216A.
Press Conferences
The press conference room is located in room 216B.
Exhibitors: Contact us if you are interested in reserving the press conference room for a media event. The room is available for 50-minute time slots on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during ATCE.
