Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas, USA
How much does the workshop cost?
There is no fee to attend thanks to a generous sponsorship from ExxonMobil.
How many teachers will attend?
Approximately 100 teachers will be selected to attend the workshop.
Is the material aligned to Texas standards?
Yes.
What is the dress policy?
Dress business casual. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes for the exhibition tour.
What is the schedule for the day?
What grade levels will be addressed?
Breakout sessions are offered for upper elementary, middle and high school groups.
What time do I need to arrive?
You will need to arrive at 0730 hours for registration and full breakfast. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up your conference badge.
Can I leave early?
If you cannot attend for the entire day, please e-mail us or call +1.713.457.6840. You will not receive your substitute reimbursement form if you leave early.
Do I need identification to get in?
Yes. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver's license) to pick up your conference badge.
Will you pay for my substitute?
Yes! Substitute reimbursement forms will be distributed at the conclusion of the workshop.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, a complimentary lunch will be provided.
