Press Registration

Members of the working press receive complimentary registration to the 2013 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition. Please read the criteria below before applying for press registration.

Criteria for Press Registration:

• Complimentary press registration is available only to members of the working press (examples: reporter, freelance writer, editor, publisher, etc.). Titles that are not eligible include PR or marketing representative, advertising sales, president, etc.
• Journalists must be employed by a news organization that covers the oil and gas industry.
• To ensure a secure conference, photo identification is required.

Press pre-registration is now closed. Please register onsite inside Hall B of the Ernest Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

On-Site Press Room

Members of the working press are invited to use the press room, located in room 215.

Press Conferences

The press conference room is located in room 216.

Exhibitors: Contact us if you are interested in reserving the press conference room for a media event. The room is available for 50-minute time slots on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during ATCE.
