Sponsorship Deadlines

To secure recognition as a sponsor in the ATCE conference preview:

• Sponsorship contracts and 50% deposit must be received prior to 17 April.
• Company logo must be received prior to 24 April.

To secure recognition as a sponsor in the ATCE Proceedings CD:

• Sponsorship contracts and 50% deposit must be received prior to 7 August.
• Company logo must be received prior to 14 August.

To secure recognition as a sponsor in the ATCE Conference Program:

• Sponsorship contracts and 50% deposit must be received prior to 15 August.
• Company logo must be received prior to 22 August.

Note: It is the sponsor’s responsibility to adhere to the guidelines and procedures as outlined on the advertising and logo specifications document and the deadlines listed above. If a sponsor does not meet the above published deadlines, SPE cannot guarantee logo space.

Print Advertising Deadlines

To secure advertising space in the conference preview, which is sent to 60,000+ SPE professional members as an onsert with the Journal of Petroleum Technology (JPT) magazine:

• Advertising contracts must be received by 17 April.
• Advertising materials must be received by 24 April.

To secure advertising space in the conference program which is distributed on-site to ATCE attendees (approximately 10,000 quantity):

• Advertising contracts must be received by 7 August.
• Advertising materials must be received by 14 August.

Note: It is the advertiser’s responsibility to adhere to the guidelines and procedures as outlined on the advertising and logo specifications. If an advertiser does not meet the above published deadlines, SPE cannot guarantee advertising space.
