Exhibiting at ATCE 2014

How Do I Exhibit?

Once your organization has elected to participate in this prestigious event, follow these four easy steps:

1. Review all exhibit information carefully
   
2. Select five (5) preferred stand locations
   
3. Complete and return your Application/Contract for Exhibit Space with your Designated Contact Form
   
4. Contact your sales representative to go over all the details or stand availability

How Is Space Assigned?

Exhibit space is assigned for the period of the 2014 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition only

• Exhibit space is assigned based on the ATCE Priority Number System. Priority deadline for space assignment is 25 March 2013.
  
• Priority assignments will be completed from 1–5 April 2013 at the SPE Richardson office. Space applications/contracts received after 5 April will be assigned in contract receipt order.
  
• Minimum reservation is 3x3 SQM.

Attention ATCE 2013 Exhibitor!

Important information for ATCE 2013 exhibitors who plan to exhibit at ATCE 2014:

All 2013 exhibitors have a priority rank and will have the opportunity to participate in the advanced exhibit space selection process. This process allows you to select and reserve your exhibit space for ATCE 2014 before ATCE 2013.

Advanced Priority Exhibit Space Selection

Who: Exhibitors with a Priority Rank
When: 1–5 April 2013

Priority exhibitors must submit an Application/Contract for Exhibit Space no later than 25 March 2013 to participate in the advanced exhibit space selection process.

From 1 to 5 April 2013, ATCE Show Management will begin calling exhibitors, in priority order, to assign exhibit space for ATCE 2014.

Please refer to the preliminary floor plan (subject to change). When making your booth selections, please choose from Hall 1.

Once the selection process begins, the ATCE 2014 floor plan will be updated in real time.

Post-Show Exhibit Space Selection

After advanced priority exhibit space assignments, space selection will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of priority rank or past participation. ATCE 2014 exhibit space will not be assigned without a completed Application/Contract for Exhibit Space. A 25% deposit will be due on 11 October 2013 to confirm exhibit space. All exhibitors will have until 11 October 2013 to request a reduction in size or cancel their space with no penalty.
