Customer Service

If you need help, Customer Service can be reached either by email or by calling +1.972.952.9393. Calls are handled around the clock by the SPE offices, however, some inquiries can only be handled by staff in the Dallas office. The staff from the Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, or London office will make every effort to assist you if you call during their business hours. Other SPE staff may be traveling or otherwise unable to respond as promptly as Customer Service.

ALERT: It has come to our attention that criminals are using SPE's corporate name in an attempt to commit fraud on the public. In each case, an individual receives a fraudulent check with SPE's name as the payer, along with a San Francisco address. The individual is then asked to deposit the check, and forward funds to another person.

SPE is in no way involved in this fraud scheme. We have contacted our bank, and notified the proper authorities. If you receive an unexpected check from The Society of Petroleum Engineers, Inc. and are asked to in turn send money to someone else, contact Cheryl Finnerty at 972-952-9424.
