Continuing in its annual success, this SPE Applied Technology Workshop will address key technologies and best practices for improving well performance in a tight gas, low cost scenario. This year’s program focuses on these key issues:
- Fracture fluids and clean-up
- Diagnostics
- Simultaneous operations for multi-well completions
- Water management
- Reservoir considerations
- Horizontal well completions
Also included are case studies highlighting best practices from the Piceance Basin, Greater Green River Basin, and other active Rocky Mountain development areas.
This workshop will attract an informed audience with a knowledge of tight gas technologies and applications. Brief presentations will be followed by extended Q&A with the audience. Proceedings will not be published and the press is not invited to attend. This will be a frank discussion of specific, operations level issues.
