Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship support helps offset the cost of producing workshops and allows SPE to keep the
attendance price within reach of operations-level individuals, those who benefit most from these
technical workshops.

Sponsors benefit both directly and indirectly by having their names associated with a specific workshop. While SPE prohibits any type of commercialism within the conference hall itself, the society recognises that sponsoring companies offer valuable information to attendees outside the technical sessions.

Sponsorship Categories

Sponsorships are offered on a first come basis. Please contact SPE to verify the availability of a particular sponsorship. Existing sponsors have the opportunity to renew the same level of sponsorship for annual workshops.

Sponsorship packages available are as follows:

Stationery:

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the stationery. 
  • Company name and logo printed on all stationery. You may provide SPE with pads and pens to be distributed to each delegate at registration. Pads and pens may include your company logo.

Audio-Visual Equipment

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the audio-visual equipment used during the workshop.
  • Company name and logo displayed on common slide between the sessions.
  • Prominent logo on sponsorship acknowledgement displays.
  • Company logo and sponsorship title plus a link included on the SPE website under “event sponsors”.
  • Acknowledgment in the sponsors’ page in the delegate packs.
  • Company logo and sponsorship title on podium sign.

Lanyards

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the lanyards. 
  • The lanyard (strap) will be attached to each delegate’s badge hence offering opportunity for prominent branding exposure. 
  • The lanyards are to be provided by the sponsor.

Speaker Gifts

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the speaker gifts which will be given to each speakers and discussion leaders. 
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the gifts in conjunction with the SPE logo and in the delegate information packs.

This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the welcome reception and dinner to be held on 21 February 2010.

  • Company name and logo printed on one gift item. You may provide SPE with one gift item to be distributed to each delegate at registration. The gift may include your company logo.
  • Seven (7) free registrations.
