Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship support helps offset the cost of producing workshops and allows SPE to keep the
attendance price within reach of operations-level individuals, those who benefit most from these
technical workshops.
Sponsors benefit both directly and indirectly by having their names associated with a specific workshop. While SPE prohibits any type of commercialism within the workshop venue, the Society recognises that sponsoring companies offer valuable information to attendees outside the technical sessions.

Sponsorship Categories

Sponsorships are offered on a first come basis. Please contact SPE to verify the availability of a particular sponsorship. Existing sponsors have the opportunity to renew the same level of sponsorship for annual workshops.

Due to the global economic downturn SPE Middle East, North Africa and India is offering 25% discount on all sponsorship packages untill 31 March 2010.

Sponsorship packages available are as follows:

Stationery:

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the stationery
  • Company name and logo printed on all stationery. You need to provide SPE with pads and pens to be distributed to each delegate at registration. Pads and pens may include your company logo

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the audio-visual equipment used during the workshop.
  • Company name and logo displayed on common slide between sessions
  • Prominent logo on sponsorship acknowledgement displays
  • Company logo and sponsorship title plus a link included on the SPE website under “event sponsors”
  • Acknowledgment on the sponsors’ page in the delegate packs

Lanyards

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the name badge lanyards
  • The lanyard (strap) will be attached to each delegate’s badge hence offering opportunity for prominent branding exposure
  • The lanyards are to be provided by the sponsor

  • This package offers exclusive sponsorship of the speaker gifts that will be given to each speaker and discussion leader 
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the gifts in conjunction with the SPE logo and in the delegate information packs
