Sponsorship Support

Sponsorship support helps offset the cost of producing workshops and allows SPE to keep the attendance price within reach of those who benefit most from these technical workshops – operations-level individuals. This workshop offers the sponsor unique access to a focused group of key decision makers in the operating community.

While SPE prohibits any type of commercialism within the meeting room itself, the society recognises that sponsoring companies offer valuable information to attendees outside the technical sessions.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Listed below are specific sponsorship opportunities available for the SPE Reserves ATW. Alternatively, your organisation can make a general contribution to the overall workshop costs and be identified on all promotional literature as a “General Workshop Sponsor”.

Welcome Reception

On Thursday 10 September a reception will be held for all attendees. This is an opportunity for all attendees to start to network and get to know one another before the workshop starts.

Workshop Coffee Breaks

There will be morning and afternoon coffee breaks on each day of the workshop. Exclusive sponsorship for all workshop coffee breaks.

Workshop Lunches

There will be a workshop lunch on each day of the event for all attendees. Workshop lunches provide an ideal opportunity for informal networking and discussions. Single lunch sponsorship (10 and 11 September) – please indicate on the sponsorship form which day you would prefer.

Audio-visual Equipment

Each discussion leader has the option of using data projection, PowerPoint projection; or overhead projection. Microphones and sound equipment are also needed.

Event Sponsorship Benefits

Company name and a black and white logo included in onsite information
For coffee breaks, lunches, the dinner and the welcome reception sponsorship: company name and black and white logo included on display signs in the area where the function takes place.
For audio-visual equipment sponsorship: logo and company name on acknowledgement slide, projected on screen when people enter and leave the session room at beginning and end of session, and during mid-session break for coffee.
