Residential rate includes all workshop sessions, the scribe's report, all coffee breaks, 3 lunches, the welcome reception on Monday, 28 September, the vendors evening on Tuesday, 29 September, the workshop dinner on Wednesday, 30 September, and bed and breakfast accommodation for 3 nights (Monday, 28 September-Thursday, 1 October).
