Refund Deadline
Workshop cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 21 May 2010 for refund of registration fees. Send your request by fax to (972)852.9292, by email to Registration@spe.org or by mail SPE Registration, 222 Palisades Creek Drive, Richardson, TX 75080 USA. No refunds after 21 May 2010.
