Sponsorship Information

Workshops offer sponsors unique access to a focused group of key decision makers in the oil and gas industry.  While SPE prohibits any type of commercialism within the workshop itself, it recognizes that sponsoring companies offer valuable information to attendees.  Sponsorships help offset the cost of producing workshops and allow SPE to keep the workshop fee as low as possible for the target audience.

Based on the sponsorship selected, sponsoring companies could also:

• Provide delegates with one giveaway or stationery with their company name and logo

• Get one complimentary workshop registration
• Get complimentary invites to the Net Working Hour (as highlighted in the sponsorship categories)

Titanium Sponsorship - sold to total

• One complimentary Table Top Exhibit
• One FREE workshop registration
• Company name and logo displayed on common slide between the sessions
• Prominent logo on sponsorship acknowledgement displays
• Company logo and sponsorship title plus a link included on the SPE website under “event sponsors”
• Verbal Acknowledgment at the beginning of the technical programme
• Acknowledgment in the sponsors’ page in the delegate packs
• Company name and logo printed on lanyards attached on each delegate’s badge. (lanyards to be provided by the sponsor)
• Company name and logo printed on one Gift Item. You may provide SPE with one gift item to be distributed to each delegate at registration
