How to Register

Registration is now closed. This workshop has reached its maximum capacity.

Refund Deadline

Written notice received 30 days before the start date of the workshop entitles registrants to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds after this time.

The residential rate includes all workshop sessions for 2.5 days, the welcome reception on Monday, 13 September and dinner on Tuesday, 14 September, coffee breaks and lunches (Tues – Thurs), the scribe’s report and three nights accommodation (Mon – Thurs) at the Soria Moria Hotel.

Visa Invitation Letters

SPE Europe, Russia and Sub-Saharan Africa will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegate's responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.
