Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship support helps offset the cost of producing workshops and allows SPE to keep the attendance price within reach of operations-level individuals who benefit most from these technical workshops.

This workshop offers the Sponsor unique access to a focused group of key decision makers in the operating community. This is an informed audience discussing state-of-the-art technology and best practices.

While SPE prohibits any type of commercialism within the technical session room itself, the society recognises that sponsoring companies offer valuable information to attendees outside the technical sessions.

Sponsorship Categories

Sponsorships are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please contact SPE to verify the availability of a particular Sponsorship. Sponsors items remaining are as follow:

• Audio-Visual equipment
• Welcome reception
• Workshop dinner
• Coffee breaks
• Lunch breaks

Sponsorship Benefits

In addition to on-site recognition SPE will recognise sponsors on the SPE website and in printed material for the workshop.

Poster Presenter Opportunities

SPE welcomes poster presenters to this event. If you would like to share your expertise with the attendees of this workshop, submit a brief description of your proposed topic upon registration.
