Refund Deadline

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 27 October 2010 for refund of registration fees. Send your request by fax to 972.852.9292, by email to registration@spe.org or by mail SPE Registration, 222 Palisades Creek Drive, Richardson, TX 75080 USA. No refunds after 27 October 2010.

Visa Requirements

Attendees are responsible for determining their specific entry requirements into Brazil, If you have not already done so, we urge you to begin the process immediately to ensure enough time prior to the event. Attendees are strongly advised to ensure they fulfill all legal requirements to enter Brazil. Besides a valid passport, an entry visa and invitation letter may also be required. Please contact your local Brazilian consulate. US attendees can visit www.brazilhouston.org  (Houston Office) or www.brasilemb.org (DC office) for complete entry requirements.
