Cancellation and Refund Deadline

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 30 July 2010 for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 JULY 2010.
