Sponsorship Information

Listed below are specific sponsorship opportunities available for the SPE ATW on “The Upstream Lab – A Valuable Hard Data Hub". Alternatively, your organisation can make a general contribution to the overall workshop costs and be identified on all promotional literature as a “General Workshop Sponsor”.

Audio Visual Equipment

Each discussion leader has the option of using data projection, PowerPoint projection; or overhead projection. Microphones and sound equipment are also needed.

Welcome Reception

On Monday 19 April, a reception will be held for all attendees. This is an opportunity for all attendees to start to network and get to know one another during the workshop.

Offsite Dinner

On Wednesday 21 April, a dinner will be held for all attendees at a local restaurant. This will be another opportunity for all attendees to get to know each other and will be the perfect chance to network prior to the last day’s session.

There will be morning and afternoon coffee breaks on each day of the workshop.

Workshop Lunches

There will be a workshop lunch on each day of the event for all attendees. Workshop lunches provide an ideal opportunity for informal networking and discussions. Single lunch sponsorship (20, 21, 22 April) – please indicate on the sponsorship form which day you would prefer.

Visit to OMV Labs

On Thursday 22 April, delegates will have the opportunity to experience a guided tour at the OMV labs in Gänserndorf. Sponsorship of this event will include the benefits featured below as well as the opportunity to present your company literature during the journey to the Labs (3hr return journey).

Event Sponsorship Benefits

  • Company name and a black and white logo included in onsite information and on www.spe.org.
  • For coffee breaks, lunches, the dinner and the welcome reception sponsorship: the company name and black and white logo will be included on display signs and on acknowledgement cards in the area where the function takes place. For the reception and dinner, acknowledgement and menu cards with the company logo on will also be placed on each table.
  • For audio-visual equipment sponsorship: logo and company name on acknowledgement slide, projected on
    screen when people enter and leave the session room at beginning and end of session, and during mid-session break for coffee.
