Entry Visit Visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

In order to get an entry visa for Dhahran, Saudi Arabia on time,  all the workshop attendees are requested to register before the 28 February 2012.  Please find below the necessary information, documents and steps required to complete this process.  If your organisation already has representation in Dhahran, you are kindly requested to get in touch with them for the official letter.

Information, Documents and Steps to Acquire an Entry Visit Visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia What documents will be required?

You are requested to check with your respective local embassy or consular office for further details regarding fees, documents required, online application form if the option is available, number of photographs required, exact duration to get your visa and any other relevant instructions as this is only a guideline to facilitate your visa application.

Who Requires a Visa?

Visas are required by anyone except the nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates. Please determine whether you will require a visa to enter to Saudi Arabia and plan ahead by contacting the Saudi Arabian Consulate in your country . Please note that Visa processing can take several weeks, and must be obtained prior to arrival.

How do I obtain an invitation letter to apply for the Visa?

To obtain an official invitation letter, please send an e-mail to Norvie Tungcul at ntungcul@spe.org and to Sarah Jubran at sjubran@spe.org along with your updated passport copy and the completed "Visa Details Form".  Kindly note obtaining a visa is solely the participant's responsibility.

Important Note:

Obtaining a visa is solely the participant's responsibility. Saudi Aramco and SPE Middle East, North Africa and India will assist in providing a visa invitation letter to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration of registration fees and their completed registration form before 28 February 2012. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegates responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE and Saudi Aramco cannot issue the visa nor can they guarantee it will be obtained.
