After 4th October 2012, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.
Refund Deadline
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 9 October 2012 for refund of registration fees, less $75.00 administration fee. Send your request by fax to (972) 852.9292, by email to registration@spe.org or by mail SPE Registration, 222 Palisades Creek Drive, Richardson, TX 75080 USA. No refunds AFTER 9 October 2012.
