Accommodations are NOT included in the workshop registration fee. Please contact The Rimrock Resort Hotel directly at 1.888.746.7625 to reserve your room at the negotiated rate of CAD $158.00 + taxes and service charges per night for single or double. Rates at the hotel are offered three (3) days before and after the workshop, based on availability.  Please identify yourself as an SPE Workshop attendee to receive the negotiated group rate and value concessions. After 13 September, hotel reservations will be subject to availability and the negotiated group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 13 September 2013 for refund of registration fees, less $75.00 administration fee.
