Accommodations are NOT included in the workshop registration fee. Contact the Brown Palace Hotel & Spa directly at 303-297-3111 or 800-321-2599 to book a room for the nights of 5-7 November at our negotiated rate of $199.00 plus taxes per night at The Brown Palace Hotel or $139.00 at the Comfort Inn Downtown Denver. Rates at the hotel are offered two days before and after the workshop, based on availability. You MUST identify yourself as an SPE workshop attendee. After 14 October 2013, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.

Cancellations and request for refunds must be received in writing no later than 14 Octoberfor refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Cancellations made after 14 October will not be refunded.
