Accommodations are NOT included in the workshop registration fee. Contact the Hotel Galvez and Spa directly at 409.765.7721 to book a room at the negotiated rate of USD 139 plus taxes per night. Rates at the hotel are offered one day before and two days after the workshop, based on availability. When contacting the hotel ask for In-House Reservations. You MUST identify yourself as an SPE workshop attendee. After 30 September, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.

Cancellations and request for refunds must be received in writing no later than 30 September 2013 for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Cancellations made after 30 September will not be refunded.
