SPE workshop registration fee includes four (4) nights accommodation with arrival on Sunday, 16 June 2013, and departure on Thursday, 20 June 2013. Please note that your registration fee does not include meal cost and accommodation for family member(s). Any charges incurred for family member(s) will be paid by the delegate to the hotel directly.
Please bring along a copy of your business card/calling card to collect your registration badge, workshop booklet, final daily activities agenda, and technical agenda at the SPE registration desk from 1700–1900 on Sunday, 16 June 2013 at the hotel lobby, The Westin Langkawi, Resort & Spa, Langkawi.
We have scheduled a Welcome Reception/Dinner at 1900 on Sunday, 16 June 2013, at Poolside, The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, Langkawi. This reception will provide an excellent networking opportunity for the workshop participants.
For pre or post hotel accommodation requirement, you may complete the Pre/Post Hotel Booking Form, and send directly The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, to secure your additional room reservation.
For the request of ground transfer to/from the airport, you may complete and return the Ground Transfer Request Form and send directly to The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. Please indicate your actual arrival and departure flight details.
