Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. Please contact the Omni La Mansion del Rio directly at 1.800.THE.OMNI or 210.518.1000 to reserve your room, at the negotiated rate of USD 179 plus taxes per night. Rates at the hotel are offered (2) days before and after the workshop, based on availability.  You MUST identify yourself as an SPE Workshop Attendee. After 16 October, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.

Cancellations and request for refunds must be received in writing no later than 16 October for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Cancellations made after 16 October will not be refunded.
