Accommodations
Accommodations are NOT included in the workshop registration fee. Please contact Gustavo Bazoberry at eventus@entelnet.bo to reserve your room. You MUST identify yourself as an SPE workshop attendee.
Refund Deadline
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 22 February 2013 for refund of registration fees, less $75.00 administration fee. Send your request by fax to (972) 852.9292, by email to registration@spe.org or by mail SPE Registration, 222 Palisades Creek Drive, Richardson, TX 75080 USA. No refunds AFTER 22 February 2013.
