When booking your reservation, please ask for the SPE Workshop  group rate.  After 3 February 2013, hotel reservations will be subject to availability and the negotiated group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 3 February for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee.
