Digital Field Management

3 – 5 June 2013

St. Petersburg, Russia | Hotel New Peterhof

About this Workshop

The technical programme will cover areas in oil and gas field exploration where digital management will add value through efficiency and optimization, leading to decreased costs and increased returns. The six individual sessions will explore the scope and application of a digital field, evaluations of downhole and surface measurements and controls, real-time surveillance data management, transforming data into decisions, using the digital field for modelling and optimization, and influences on enterprise infrastructure and architecture.

Shaped by abstracts submitted by speakers and selected by the programme committee, sessions encourage discussions among participants and results will be available at SPE.org along with a full report distributed to all attendees. Additionally, a poster session is planned for participants to display more in-depth information from presentations along with new topics relevant to digital field management.

SPE cordially invites all persons interested in attending this first workshop on digital field management. Presentations and discussions are expected to provide practical insights and develop a potential road map for the application of digital management in Russian oil and gas fields.
