Application Information

Participants at SPE Forums are selected by the Forum Steering Committee based on the ability to contribute to the discussion of the topic. Attendance is limited to maximise each person’s opportunity to contribute. Please obtain appropriate approvals from your supervisor prior to applying to the forum. Include enough information on your application about your experience and knowledge to enable the steering committee to evaluate your potential contribution to the forum.

Accepted applicants will receive their registration form and other materials within two weeks of the application deadline. Full delegate information will be provided to those invited to register. For those requiring visas to attend the forum, please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your visa to be processed.

• Mail or Fax – Although the deadline for applications has now past, should you still wish to submit an application for the committees review, please complete the hardcopy forum and return to formslondon@spe.org.

Forum Registration Fee

The forum fee is EUR 2,050 and includes:

• Nine technical sessions
• Five nights’ hotel accommodation (Bed and Breakfast), Sunday through Thursday
• Lunch, Monday to Friday
• Sunday evening reception and welcome dinner
• Thursday farewell reception and dinner
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks

This supply falls under the Value Added Tax (Tour Operators) Order 1987.
