No one under the age of 15 is permitted in the Exhibition Hall during
official show hours.
Full conference advance registration guarantees one CD-ROM Proceedings and is available for collection at the Conference Registration Desk. Additional proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form or purchased during registration hours at the conference for USD 100 for members and USD 150 for nonmembers.
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at special rates have been reserved at the Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel or Sheraton Tianjin Hotel. Reservations may be made by fax or mail directly to the two hotels via the Hotel Booking Form. All reservations must be received by 4 June 2012 to be guaranteed. No booking will be accepted without credit card details or one-night deposit.
Visitors travelling to China must be in possession of passports valid for at least six (6) months on arrival, and must hold a visa issued by the appropriate Chinese officials prior to departure from their home countries. Please check with your travel agent or the China Embassy on regulations relating to visa before your departure. You must have an entry visa stamped in your passport for entry to China. You CANNOT enter with the letter of invitation or apply for a visa on site. An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to attendees upon request. Download the Visa Invitation Request Form. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to China. This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa. To receive an invitation letter by mail or fax, you must first register for the conference.

The Tianjin Binhai International Airport is an approximately 40-minute drive from the conference venue and hotels. Car and shuttle transfer can be arranged by the event’s travel agent.
The Beijing Capital International Airport is located approximately 1.5 hours via expressway from the conference hotels. Car and shuttle transfer can be arranged by the event’s travel agent.
