Badges

Conference materials and badges will not be mailed in advance, but should be collected at the Conference Reigstration Desk, Grand Ballroom Foyer, Level 1, Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel, during the registration hours:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation in writing must be received by the SPE Asia Pacific Office (Kuala Lumpur) no later than 18 June 2012 to receive a refund less USD 150 processing fees.
  • Cancellation after 18 June 2012 is not eligible for refund.
  • No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference.
