Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at the Sultan Hotel or the Hotel Mulia Senayan, where room blocks with “special rates” are being held for 2009 APOGCE/APHSSEC conference delegates. The Sultan Hotel is within the same complex of the Jakarta Convention Centre, whereby participants can move from one location to the other via the indoor travellator. Please complete the Hotel Booking Form to ensure your hotel accommodation during the conference.
Airport
The Jakarta International Airport is located 30-35 minutes from the Sultan Hotel, Hotel Mulia Senayan, and the Jakarta Convention Centre. Ground transportation is available by taxi or by hotel limousine. Silver Bird taxi is recommended.
Visa and Immigration
All visitors to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid for at least six months after arrival, with proof of onward passage out of the country. Please check with your travel agent or the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate on regulations relating to immigration/visa before your departure.
